I recently got these adorable shoes for my daughter's first communion, and I couldn't be more pleased with them. The attention to detail and thoughtful design elements truly set these shoes apart.The quality and feel of the shoes were exceeded my expectations. Upon opening the box, the shoes were well packaged with each shoe in it's own dust bag. The insoles are soft foam that my daughter said were nice and comfy.The delicate bow adds a sweet touch, making them perfect for special occasions. My daughter and I were also both delighted to find a heart design on the bottom soles which was an adorable detail which showcases the thoughtfulness put into the design.I like the convenient velcro straps so my daughter can manage to slip them on and off with ease. The velcro was surprisingly strong and will make for a more secure fit. This works out well to ensure that the shoes stay on because they are a bit long and loose on her.Which brings me to sizing. I referenced the size chart and selected size 1. My daughter currently wears size 12 but I erred on the side of caution and ordered the next size up as the size chart suggests. Luckily, the package included a pair of heel cushion inserts which we'll have to use. This also gives my daughter some time to grow into them.
